Appearance
Transparent colorless liquid, with a small amount of sediment at the bottom of the vial after standing.
Indication
For prevention of Chicken coccidiosis caused by strain eimeria tenella, strain eimeria necatrix and strain eimeria acervulina, and strain eimeria maxima. The onset of immunity is 14 days after vaccination, and the duration of immunity is 150 days.
Administration and dosage
Via drinking water. For chickens aged 3~5 days, 1 dose per bird. Add one bottle of suspension agent into 3000 ml of water, stir well, and add one vial of vaccine (1000 dose/vial). Finally, add water to 4000 ml and stir well to prepare a vaccine suspension for 1000 chickens.
Precautions
- Do not freeze the vaccine and protect the vaccine from high temperature.
- Vaccinate only healthy chickens, and only for the prophylaxis of chicken coccidiosis, not for emergency vaccination or treatment of chicken coccidiosis.
- Do not use anti coccidiosis drugs 24 hours before vaccination and within two weeks after vaccination.
- Deprive the chickens of water for 2~4 hours. Adjust the water consumption amount for vaccination depending on different regions, seasons, and breeds of chicken flocks, ensuring that the vaccine is consumed within 2~4 hours.
- If adverse reactions such as diarrhea or even dysentery occur 12~14 days after vaccination, administer sulfamethoxazole or sulfamethoxazole sodium at the appropriate dosage for 1-2 days to control the situation.
