Main Composition and Content

Infectious bronchitis virus strain H120 at least 10^3.5 EID₅₀.

Infectious bronchitis virus strain 4/91 at least 10^3.5 EID₅₀.

Appearance

Spongy loose pellet, tending to be separated from the vial wall, dissolve rapidly after reconstitution.

Indication

For the prevention of infectious bronchitis. The onset of immunity is 5-8 days after vaccination, and the duration of immunity is 2 months.

Usage and Dosage

Vaccinate through beak or drinking water route.

For the first vaccination of newborn chicks, regardless of the breeds of chickens. A boost vaccination by strain H52 is necessary. Dilute the vaccine with physiological saline, depending on the labeled dose.

Beak dripping route: one drop/dose (around 0.03 ml).

Drinking water route: The amount of drinking water depends on the season and age of the chickens. Generally around 5.0 ml~10 ml for chickens aged 5~10 days.

Precautions

1. Place the reconstituted vaccine in a cold dark place and useit up within 4 hours.
2. Do not use metal containerswhen vaccinating through drinking waterroute, and deprive the chickens of water for 2~4 hours before vaccination.
3. Treat the used vaccine vials, equipmentand unused vaccines harmlessly.
