Antigen activity at least 50 PD₅₀/dose

Appearance

Yellowish or light red spongy loose pellet, tending to be separated from the vial wall, dissolve rapidly after constitution.

Indication

For the prevention of infectious bursal disease of chickens.

Administration and Dosage

Use for the vaccination of chick embryos aged 18 days or chicks aged 1 day. Dilute the vaccine to 0.1 ml/dose with sterile physiological saline, depending on the labeled dose.

For chicks aged 1 day, subcutaneous injection at the neck, 0.1ml per chick.

For chick embryos aged 18 days, in ovo injection through air chamber, 0.1ml per egg.

Precautions:

1. Vaccinate only healthy chick embryosaged 18 days or healthy chicks aged 1 day.
2. Keep the reconstitutedvaccine in a dark and cool place and use it up within 2 hours.
3. Treat the used vaccine vials, equipmentand unspent vaccines
