Inactivated Newcastle disease virus strain rGM-Ⅶ at least 108.2 EID50/dose (0.5ml)
Inactivated avian influenza virus subtype H9 strain WD at least 108.2 EID50/dose (0.5ml)
Inactivated adenovirus FAdv-4 at least 107.2 TCID50/dose (0.5ml)
Inactivated adenovirus FAdv-8b at least 107.2 TCID50/dose (0.5ml)
Inactivated adenovirus FAdv-11 at least 107.2 TCID50/dose (0.5ml)
Appearance
Milky white uniform emulsion.
Indication
For the prevention of Newcastle disease of chickens, H9 avian influenza and fowl adenoviruse disease caused by FAdv-4, FAdv-8b and FAdv-11. The onset of immunity is 14~21 days after vaccination. The duration of immunity is 3 months.
Administration and Dosage
Intramuscular or subcutaneous injection.
For chickens aged 1~4 weeks, 0.3 ml per bid.
For chickens aged over 4 weeks: 0.5 ml per bird.
Precautions:
- Do not freeze the vaccine;
- Vaccinate only healthy chickens;
- Restore the vaccine to room temperature and shake it well before use;
- Do not administer any vaccine with any discoloration, demulsification, leakage, and impurities;
- Once the vaccine is unsealed, use it up as soon as possible (within 24hours);
- Use aseptic the injection utensils, and disinfect the local injection site.
- Treat the used vaccine bottles, equipment, and the unspent vaccine harmlessly.
