Main Composition and Content
Inactivated Newcastle disease virus strain La Sota at least 108.3 EID50/dose
Inactivated infectious bronchitis virus strain M41 at least 106.3 EID50/dose
Inactivated avian influenza virus subtype H9 strain WD at least 107.3 EID50/dose
Appearance
Milky white uniform emulsion.
Indication
For the prevention of Newcastle disease, infectious bronchitis, and subtype H9 avian influenza. The onset of immunity is 14~21 days after vaccination. The duration of immunity is 3 months for chicks and 6 months for adult chickens.
Administration and Dosage
Subcutaneous injection or intramuscular injection.
For chickens aged below 4 weeks, 0.3 ml per bird.
For chickens aged above 4 weeks, 0.5 ml per bird.
Precautions
- Vaccinate onlyhealthy chickens;
- The vaccination with new castle disease virus live vaccine and infectious bronchitislive vaccine before will enhance the immunoprophylaxis effect of this product against new castle disease and infectious bronchitis;
- Do not freeze the vaccine and avoid high temperature during the transport and storage;
- Do not administer any vaccine with any discoloration, demulsification, leakage, and impurities;
- Restore the vaccine to room temperature and shake it well before use;
- Once the vaccine is unsealed, use it up as soon as possible (within 24hours);
- Use the aseptic injection equipment and disinfect the injection site;
- Treat the used vaccine bottles, equipment, and the unspent vaccine harmlessly.
