Main Composition and Content

Inactivated Newcastle disease virus strain clone 30 at least 3.0 × 10^8.0 EID₅₀/0.1 ml before inactivation.

Inactivated infectious bronchitis virus strain M41 at least 3.0 × 10^6.0 EID₅₀ /0.1 ml before inactivation.

Inactivated egg drop syndrome virus strain AV127 HA value at least 1:30720 before inactivation.

Appearance

Milky white uniform emulsion.

Indication

For the prevention of Newcastle disease, infectious bronchitis and egg drop syndrome. The duration of immunity is 5 months.

Administration and Dosage

Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection.
For layers and breeders 2~4 weeks before laying, 0.5 ml per bird.

Precautions

1. Vaccinate onlyhealthy chickens;
2. Do not freeze the vaccine and avoid high temperature during the transport and storage;
3. Do not administer any vaccine with any discoloration, demulsification, leakage, and impurities;
4. Restore the vaccine to room temperature and shake it well before use;
5. Once the vaccine is unsealed, use it up as soon as possible (within 24hours);
6. Use the septic injection equipment and disinfect the injection site;
7. Treat the used vaccine bottles, equipment, and the unspent vaccine harmlessly.
