Main Composition and Content
Attenuated rabbit-adapted classical swine fever virus strain CVCC AV1412: ≥ 0.015 ml virus solution/dose.
Appearance
Light yellow spongy loose mass, easy to detach from the vial wall, dissolve quickly after adding diluent.
Indication
For the prevention of classical swine fever. The immunity is produced 4 days after vaccination. The immune period is 12 months for weaned piglets without maternal antibody.
Administration and Dosage
Intramuscular or subcutaneous injection. Dilute the vaccine with physiological saline to 1 dose/ml according to the labeled dose.
1.0ml each head. For weaned piglets without maternal antibody in areas without epidemic of classical swine fever, inoculate one dose per head. When there is an epidemic threat, inoculated piglets one dose respectively at the age of 21-30 days and about 65 days. Before weaning, piglets can be inoculated with 4 doses of the vaccine to prevent the interference of maternal antibody and the reduction of the immune effect.
Precautions
- Vaccinate only healthy pigs.
- Transport the vaccine below 8℃.
- After dilution, the vaccine should be used up within 6 hours if the temperature is below 15℃, and within 3 hours if the temperature is between 15℃ and 25℃.
- After receiving therefrigerated packaged vaccines, if the storage environment is higher than 8℃ but lower than 25℃, it should be used up within 10 days from the time of receiving the vaccine.
- Disinfect the local injection site, 1 needle for 1 pig.
- Observe pigs after vaccination.In case of allergic reaction, inject anti-allergic medication
- Treat the used vaccine bottles, equipmentand the unspent vaccines harmlessly.
