Attenuated pseudorabies virus strain Bartha-K61 at least 5.0 × 10^3.0 TCID_50.

Appearance

Spongy loose pellet, tending to be separated from the vial wall, dissolve rapidly after reconstitution.

Indication

For the prevention of pseudorabies in pigs, cattle and sheep. The onset of immunity is 6 days after vaccination, and the duration of immunity is 12 months.

Administration and Dosage

Intramuscular injection. Dilute the vaccine with PBS to 1 dose/ml depending o n the labeled dose.

For pregnant sows and adult pigs, 2.0 ml per head.

For piglets and pigs aged over 3 months, 1.0 ml per head.

For suckling pigs, 0.5 ml per head.

For piglets after weaning, 1.0 ml per head.

For cows aged 5~12 months, 2.0 ml per head.

For cows aged over 1 year, 3.0 ml per head.

For calves aged 2~4 months, 1.0 ml per head.

For calves after weaning, 2.0 ml per head.

For sheep over 4 months old, 1.0 ml per head.
